# NOW HIRING: REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTORS
### Club Avora | Montgomery, NY
**We're not looking for someone to simply teach a class. We're looking for someone who brings the energy, expertise, and passion that makes people want to come back.**
Club Avora is a new boutique wellness and movement studio opening in Montgomery, NY, and we're looking for exceptional Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our founding team.
We're creating a space where movement, strength, wellness, and community come together. Our studio is designed to deliver a more elevated Pilates experience—beautiful surroundings, premium equipment, personalized attention, and an atmosphere that inspires people to show up for themselves.
**Who We're Looking For:**
- Reformer Pilates instructors with a recognized certification.
- Confident, engaging teachers who can lead dynamic, purposeful classes.
- Strong understanding of alignment, form, modifications, and safe movement.
- Ability to teach a range of experience levels, from beginners to advanced clients.
- Passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, flexibility, and longevity.
- Professional, reliable, energetic, and genuinely invested in their clients.
**What Makes Club Avora Different:**
We're building more than a Pilates studio. Club Avora combines elevated Reformer Pilates with recovery and wellness experiences, including red light therapy and infrared sauna.
You'll be joining a growing brand from the beginning, with the opportunity to help shape our studio culture, build a loyal following, and grow alongside an exciting new wellness destination.
**We're looking for instructors who:**
- Love what they do and it shows.
- Bring personality, positivity, and professionalism into every class.
- Know how to motivate without intimidating.
- Care about creating an experience—not just counting repetitions.
Part-time and flexible teaching opportunities available. Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
**If you're passionate about Pilates, believe in the power of movement, and want to be part of something exceptional, we'd love to meet you.**
Come grow with us.
